co-amoxiclav or dicloxacillin

Co-amoxiclav is a combination antibiotic containing amoxicillin, a broad-spectrum penicillin-type beta-lactam antibiotic, and clavulanic acid, a beta-lactamase inhibitor. The addition of clavulanic acid extends the spectrum of amoxicillin to include bacteria that produce beta-lactamase enzymes, making it effective against many resistant strains. It is used for various infections including respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, sinusitis, otitis media, and dental infections[3][5]. Dicloxacillin is a narrow-spectrum penicillin-class antibiotic designed to resist degradation by beta-lactamases produced by certain Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus. It is primarily used for mild-to-moderate staphylococcal skin and soft tissue infections (including impetigo), osteomyelitis, septic arthritis, pneumonia (as adjunct), throat infections caused by susceptible organisms, endocarditis prophylaxis in some cases, and surgical prophylaxis[6]. Both drugs act by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis through binding to penicillin-binding proteins.
