Overview

Cobolimab is a therapeutic antibody developed for immuno-oncology through a collaboration between AnaptysBio and Tesaro, which was later acquired by GlaxoSmithKline. It targets T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-containing protein 3 (TIM-3). AnaptysBio was responsible for the discovery and early preclinical development of the antibody, while GlaxoSmithKline is responsible for subsequent preclinical, clinical, regulatory, and commercial development.
