Overview
Cocculine is a homeopathic combination product traditionally used for the relief of motion sickness symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and cold sweats. It contains equal homeopathic dilutions (4CH) of four ingredients: Cocculus indicus (fish berry), Nux vomica (poison nut), Tabacum (tobacco), and Petroleum rectificatum. The exact mechanism of action is not scientifically established; its use is based on traditional homeopathic principles rather than modern pharmacological evidence. Cocculine has also been studied as an adjunct for chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in cancer patients[1][2][3][4][5][7][8].
