**Codrux** is an oral fixed-dose expectorant cough syrup developed and manufactured by Alben Healthcare Industries. Each 5 mL contains diphenhydramine hydrochloride 13 mg, ammonium chloride 100 mg, sodium citrate 40 mg, and menthol 1.1 mg. The formulation combines an H1-antihistamine with expectorant components intended to help relieve cough and chest congestion and to facilitate clearance of respiratory secretions. It was registered in Nigeria on April 4, 2018; the NAFDAC registry lists its registration status as expired as of April 3, 2023.
