COFBRO

COFBRO is a combination respiratory medication developed and marketed by Wellmed Pharma. It contains four active ingredients: terbutaline sulphate, a beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist that acts as a bronchodilator; ambroxol hydrochloride, a mucolytic agent that thins mucus; guaiphenesin, an expectorant that increases the volume of airway secretions to facilitate their removal; and menthol, which provides a soothing effect. This formulation is designed as a small molecule combination therapy for treating respiratory conditions involving bronchospasm and mucus congestion, such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other respiratory tract disorders.
