Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Cog-Plus (COG PLUS) is a fixed-dose combination tablet developed and marketed by Ind Blues Pharma. It contains five active ingredients: betahistine (16 mg), cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3, 400 IU), ginkgo biloba extract (60 mg), piracetam (400 mg), and vinpocetine (5 mg). This combination is formulated to provide neurovascular and vestibular support, and is primarily indicated for the management of vertigo, Meniere's disease, age-related memory impairment, tinnitus, cerebral circulatory disorders, and cognitive dysfunction or vascular dementia. Betahistine improves microcirculation in the inner ear to control vertigo; piracetam and vinpocetine enhance cerebral blood flow, neuroplasticity, and cognitive performance; ginkgo biloba provides neuroprotective and antioxidant effects; and cholecalciferol supports nervous system function and neuro-immune modulation.
