Cognium contains a synergistic blend of traditional Ayurvedic herbs, including Brahmi (*Centella asiatica*), Jala Brahmi (*Bacopa monnieri*), Shankhapushpi (*Convolvulus pluricaulis*), Ashwagandha (*Withania somnifera*), Jyotishmati (*Celastrus paniculatus*), and Arjuna (*Terminalia arjuna*). These herbal ingredients work together to improve blood circulation to the central nervous system, protect neurons from oxidative stress, and act as adaptogens to mitigate mental fatigue and anxiety.
