Coix lacryma-jobi

Job's tear (Coix lacryma-jobi) is a whole grain cereal being investigated by Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Taiwan, for its potential health benefits. A randomized controlled trial is evaluating the efficacy of Taiwanese whole grain job's tear, specifically comparing red and white varieties, on muscle health, blood glucose, and lipid levels in older adults exhibiting signs of sarcopenia or frailty.
