coixendide + temozolomide

Coixendide + temozolomide is a combination therapy consisting of coixendide, a bioactive compound derived from the seeds of Coix lacryma-jobi (Job's tears) with reported anti-tumor and immunomodulatory properties, and temozolomide, an oral alkylating agent used primarily in the treatment of brain tumors such as glioblastoma multiforme and anaplastic astrocytoma.
