Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Coldises is an intranasal medical device developed by Sigmapharm Arzneimittel for the preventive and supportive treatment of dry, irritated, or encrusted nasal mucosa. Formulated as nasal drops or a nasal spray, it contains refined sesame oil, vitamin E, and optionally essential oils (bergamot and clove oil) or is offered as a sensitive formulation without essential oils. Coldises acts by forming a protective barrier over the nasal mucosa, preventing moisture loss, and facilitating the loosening and removal of scabs and crusts. It is indicated for nasal dryness caused by dry air, air pollution, common colds, allergic rhinitis, and as supportive care alongside decongestant medications.
