**Collidem** is an investigational autologous dendritic-cell cancer vaccine developed by IDM Pharma for advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer. It consists of patient-derived dendritic cells matured ex vivo and loaded with six cytotoxic T-lymphocyte epitopes from tumor-associated antigens including carcinoembryonic antigen, melanoma-associated antigen, and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2. The vaccine is intended to promote HLA-A2-restricted antigen presentation and induce antigen-specific CD8-positive cytotoxic T-cell responses against colorectal tumor cells. Collidem was administered intradermally in an early Phase I/II program and showed acceptable tolerability in reported Phase I results.
