COLONYVAQ-CRC is a personalized, physics-aware, quantum-classical AI-guided neoantigen peptide vaccine developed by Biogenea Pharmaceuticals Ltd. for the treatment of colorectal cancer, specifically targeting patients with completely resected stage III microsatellite-stable (MSS) or proficient mismatch repair (pMMR) disease. The vaccine is composed of up to 20 patient-specific synthetic peptides (8-30 amino acids) identified through a proprietary computational pipeline that integrates HLA typing, quantum-geometric similarity, and thermodynamic docking. These neoantigens are designed to elicit a robust T-cell mediated immune response against tumor-specific mutations. In clinical settings, it is administered subcutaneously in a prime-boost schedule, often in combination with standard adjuvant chemotherapy (mFOLFOX6 or CAPOX) and immune checkpoint inhibitors like nivolumab to enhance therapeutic efficacy and prevent disease recurrence.
