Drug intelligence / Profile preview
COLONYVAQ-CRC is a personalized, multi-peptide neoantigen vaccine developed by Biogenea Pharmaceuticals Ltd. using a physics-aware, quantum-classical AI-guided pipeline. The vaccine consists of up to 20 patient-specific synthetic peptides (8-30 amino acids) selected based on tumor/normal whole-exome and RNA sequencing to stimulate a T-cell response against tumor-specific neoantigens. In this therapeutic regimen, COLONYVAQ-CRC is administered in combination with standard adjuvant oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy (either mFOLFOX6 or CAPOX) and the immune checkpoint inhibitor nivolumab. This combination is being investigated for the treatment of patients with completely resected stage III microsatellite-stable (MSS) or proficient mismatch repair (pMMR) colorectal cancer. The regimen aims to enhance the immune system's ability to recognize and eliminate residual cancer cells, thereby preventing disease recurrence.
