Overview

Colostro-Noni is an orally administered dietary supplement developed by Guna S.p.a., combining freeze-dried bovine colostrum and Morinda citrifolia (Noni) juice. It is designed to support the integrity of the intestinal mucosa and modulate the gut microbiota. Bovine colostrum provides a rich source of immunoglobulins, growth factors (such as Transforming growth factor beta), and lactoferrin, which help maintain the intestinal barrier and regulate local immune responses. Noni juice contributes antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, potentially enhancing the regenerative effects on the intestinal epithelium. The supplement is primarily used to manage intestinal inflammation, dysbiosis, and conditions associated with increased intestinal permeability, often referred to as leaky gut syndrome.
