Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Combi 3 Tablet is a combination pharmaceutical product containing three active ingredients: diclofenac, paracetamol (acetaminophen), and serratiopeptidase. It is primarily used for relieving symptoms such as fever, pain, and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal and joint disorders, as well as for post-operative pain, redness, and swelling. Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic, work by interfering with the production of prostaglandins, chemical substances responsible for swelling and pain. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, aids in breaking down or dissolving abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, thereby promoting healing.
