Combihale is a brand name for a series of combination inhaled medications used primarily in the management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)[1][2][3][4][5]. Its principal formulations contain one or more of the following active pharmaceutical ingredients: budesonide (an inhaled corticosteroid that acts as an anti-inflammatory agent), formoterol fumarate (a long-acting beta-2 agonist that acts as a bronchodilator), and in some combinations, glycopyrrolate (an anticholinergic bronchodilator)[2][3][4][6].
