Comfyco-D

Comfyco-D is a combination pharmaceutical product developed and marketed by Makshi Healthcare for the management of various respiratory conditions. The formulation consists of three active ingredients: ambroxol (15mg), a mucolytic agent that reduces mucus viscosity; terbutaline (1.25mg), a beta-2 adrenergic agonist that serves as a bronchodilator; and guaiphenesin (50mg), an expectorant that facilitates the clearance of bronchial secretions. This small molecule combination is indicated for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchitis, and cough, and is also utilized as a co-therapy for pulmonary tuberculosis.
