Drug intelligence / Profile preview
COMPOUND 5E is a novel synthetic pyrazole pyrazoline thiazole derivative being investigated for its potential as a breast cancer therapeutic. Preclinical studies have demonstrated its antitumor activity, along with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It has shown efficacy in reducing the levels of key cytokines such as Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha (TNF-α), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), and Transforming Growth Factor-beta (TGF-β), and also decreases malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, indicating a reduction in oxidative stress. The compound has exhibited both in vitro and in vivo anticancer activity in preclinical models.
