The formulation typically consists of an aqueous extract derived from the roots of *Angelica sinensis* (Danggui) combined with Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). It is believed to exert therapeutic effects through anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and blood-circulation-promoting properties. In clinical practice, it is frequently administered via intra-articular or acupoint injection to treat conditions such as knee osteoarthritis, neuralgia, and sciatica.
