Compound Betamethasone Injection, known by the brand name Debuzone (得宝松), is a pharmaceutical drug consisting of a combination of two betamethasone esters: betamethasone dipropionate and betamethasone sodium phosphate. This formulation provides both rapid and sustained anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic, and anti-allergic effects. As a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid, it primarily functions by binding to glucocorticoid receptors, thereby modulating gene transcription to suppress the production of pro-inflammatory mediators and enhance the synthesis of anti-inflammatory proteins.
