The formulation, manufactured by Heilongjiang Quanle Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., contains several active compounds, including eleutherosides B and E, isofraxidin, and chlorogenic acid. The drug's mechanism of action involves the modulation of central neurotransmitter levels, specifically by increasing the levels of inhibitory neurotransmitters serotonin (5-HT) and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) while reducing the levels of excitatory neurotransmitters dopamine (DA) and norepinephrine (NE). It is typically administered orally in a granule dosage form.
