Overview
Compound Duzhong Jiangu Granules (Fufang Duzhong Jiangu Keli) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation primarily used for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Developed or studied by The Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, it is typically composed of several herbal ingredients, with *Eucommia ulmoides* (Duzhong) as a key component. The formulation is designed to strengthen bones and tendons, alleviate pain, and improve joint function. It is currently being evaluated in real-world registry studies in China to assess its effectiveness and safety both as a monotherapy and in combination with conventional treatments for KOA.
