Compound Huangkui Granules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by the Shandong Institute of Biological Medicine for the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis (CNP). The primary active component is derived from *Abelmoschus manihot* (L.) Medic, which contains a variety of flavonoids such as myricetin, quercetin, and hyperoside. The drug exerts its therapeutic effects through multi-target anti-inflammatory and analgesic mechanisms, specifically by inhibiting the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines like TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6, and by suppressing the expression of COX-2. These actions help to alleviate pelvic pain and urinary symptoms associated with chronic prostatic inflammation. It is typically administered orally in a granule dosage form.
