Compound psoralen (also known as Compound Psoralen granules or Fufang Buguzhi Keli) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) preparation developed and manufactured by Chongqing Kerui Pharmaceutical. It is formulated as oral granules containing a mixture of herbal extracts, including *Psoralea corylifolia* (Buguzhi), *Cynomorium songaricum* (Suoyang), *Dipsacus asper* (Xuduan), *Cibotium barometz* (Gouji), *Paeonia lactiflora* (Chishao), and *Polygonatum sibiricum* (Huangjing). Compound psoralen is approved in China for the treatment of conditions associated with Kidney Yang deficiency, including lumbar muscle strain, degenerative lumbar spine disease, and lumbar and knee pain. It works by warming and tonifying the liver and kidney, strengthening bones and muscles, promoting blood circulation, and relieving pain.
