Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Compound Qinlan Oral Liquid is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation developed by Harbin Treasure Pharmaceutical. It is an oral liquid preparation typically composed of extracts from four primary medicinal herbs: *Scutellaria baicalensis* (Baical Skullcap), *Lonicera japonica* (Japanese Honeysuckle), *Forsythia suspensa* (Weeping Forsythia), and *Isatis tinctoria* (Woad Root). The formulation is designed to clear heat, detoxify, and disperse wind-heat, common therapeutic goals in TCM for treating respiratory ailments. While the product is widely used in China for general respiratory symptoms, Harbin Treasure Pharmaceutical is specifically developing and evaluating this formulation in Phase 2/3 clinical trials for the treatment of external wind-heat syndrome in children aged 4 to 12 years.
