Overview

Compound Tujinpi gel (复方土荆皮凝胶, also transliterated as Fufang Tujingpi Ningjiao) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) topical gel developed and marketed by Hefei Lifang Pharmaceutical (Hefei Lifeon Pharmaceutical). It is a fixed-dose combination formulation containing tujinpi tincture (derived from the bark of *Pseudolarix amabilis* or Golden Larch), benzoic acid, and salicylic acid. The gel is indicated for the topical treatment of superficial fungal skin infections, including tinea pedis (athlete's foot), tinea manuum (hand ringworm), and tinea corporis (body ringworm). Tujinpi provides natural antifungal properties, while benzoic acid and salicylic acid act as keratolytic and antifungal agents to facilitate skin penetration and inhibit fungal growth.
