**Congestyl** is an oral fixed-dose cold-and-flu medicine marketed by Meyer Organics as an uncoated tablet containing paracetamol 500 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg, and chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg. It is intended for symptomatic relief of common-cold and upper-respiratory allergy symptoms, including fever, pain or headache, rhinorrhea, sneezing, and nasal congestion. Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic effects; phenylephrine is a sympathomimetic nasal decongestant; and chlorpheniramine is a first-generation histamine H1-receptor antagonist with anti-allergic activity.
