Congrongruntong Keli is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) granule formulation developed by Ruiyang Pharmaceutical for the treatment of functional constipation. It is specifically indicated for patients presenting with constipation characterized by kidney yang deficiency and intestinal dryness. The formulation is composed of several botanical extracts, including *Cistanche deserticola* (Rou Cong Rong), *Polygonum multiflorum* (He Shou Wu), *Cannabis sativa* (Huo Ma Ren), *Atractylodes macrocephala* (Bai Zhu), and *Citrus aurantium* (Zhi Qiao). These ingredients work synergistically to moisten the intestinal tract, tonify the kidneys, and facilitate bowel movements. The product is approved by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in China and is used to improve colonic transit and alleviate symptoms associated with chronic functional constipation.
