Overview

COPP-ABV is a combination chemotherapy regimen containing cyclophosphamide, vincristine (Oncovin), procarbazine, prednisone, doxorubicin (Adriamycin), bleomycin, and vinblastine. This combination works by using different drugs that kill cancer cells through various mechanisms. The regimen is primarily used to treat Hodgkin lymphoma, particularly in advanced stages, and may also be effective for non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Clinical studies have shown high complete response rates, with one study reporting 83.6% complete response rate in previously untreated patients with Hodgkin's disease[2].
