Overview

CORDStrom is an umbilical cord-derived cell therapy developed by INmune Bio for the treatment of recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (RDEB). The therapy utilizes donor materials sourced from umbilical cord tissue, secured through a long-term supply agreement with Anthony Nolan. CORDStrom has been evaluated in the Phase 2 MissionEB trial, a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study in pediatric patients conducted at Great Ormond Street Hospital and Birmingham Children’s Hospital. INmune Bio is scaling up commercial-ready manufacturing in partnership with the Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult in the UK to support a planned Biologics License Application (BLA) submission to the FDA in early 2026.
