**CORE** is a proprietary oral, multi-ingredient dietary-supplement formulation developed by Soy Labs for weight management and metabolic-risk reduction. It contains a standardized *Cissus quadrangularis* extract identified as CQR-300 together with niacin-bound chromium, green tea extract, selenium, soy albumin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folic acid.
