CORE NK

CORE NK (CHM 0201) is an off-the-shelf, allogeneic natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Chimeric Therapeutics. It is an unmodified NK cell product derived from healthy donors, intended to provide direct NK-mediated cytotoxicity against tumor cells. By utilizing an allogeneic "off-the-shelf" approach, the therapy aims to overcome the limitations of autologous treatments, such as manufacturing delays and high costs. CORE NK is currently in Phase 1 development for both hematologic malignancies, specifically Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), and solid tumors, including colorectal cancer. The therapy leverages the innate ability of NK cells to recognize and eliminate malignant cells through various activating receptors without the need for specific antigen engineering.
