Corpitenib (ENB301) is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor targeting SERTA domain-containing protein 1 (SERTAD1). It is being developed by EnhancedBio as an antineoplastic agent for the treatment of colorectal cancer. The drug acts by inhibiting SERTAD1 protein function, which may play a role in tumorigenesis. As of August 2023, corpitenib was in preclinical development for colorectal cancer[1][2][4].
