CorreGene MAGE-A1 TCR-T cell therapy is an investigational adoptive cell therapy being developed by CorreGene for the treatment of various solid tumors. The therapy involves engineering a patient's T cells to express a specific T-cell receptor (TCR) that targets the Melanoma-associated antigen A1 (MAGE-A1), a cancer-testis antigen frequently overexpressed in multiple malignancies but with limited expression in normal tissues. By recognizing MAGE-A1 peptides presented by Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) complexes, these modified T cells can specifically identify and eliminate tumor cells. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development, aiming to provide a targeted immunotherapy option for patients with MAGE-A1-expressing tumors.
