Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CoV-mMAP is a synthetic peptide vaccine candidate developed by epitoMAP. It is designed as a pan-coronavirus vaccine, targeting conserved epitopes across the coronavirus family to provide broad-spectrum immunity. The vaccine's design aims to remain effective against emerging viral mutations and specifically to mitigate the risk of antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE), a common complication in coronavirus vaccine development. CoV-mMAP is being explored for both human applications, such as COVID-19, and veterinary applications, specifically feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) in cats.
