Overview

COV2FIN12 is an intranasal adenoviral vector vaccine developed by Rokote Laboratories to provide immunity against SARS-CoV-2. It utilizes the enhanced FINVAC platform, which incorporates a novel buffer specifically designed for intranasal delivery. The vaccine is intended to induce both systemic and mucosal immunity at the site of viral entry. As of early 2026, it is in Phase 1 clinical development for the prevention of COVID-19.
