Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CP-001** is an orally administered standardized four-herb mixture developed for atopic dermatitis. It contains extracts of *Houttuynia cordata*, *Rehmannia glutinosa*, *Betula platyphylla*, and *Rubus coreanus* and was standardized in a published preclinical study to catalpol, quercitrin, and ellagic acid marker contents. The product has shown preclinical anti-inflammatory and antiallergic activity in atopic-dermatitis models, but it has no established single molecular target or defined clinical mechanism. CP-001 was evaluated clinically as the related functional-food product KM110329 in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in adults with mild-to-moderate atopic dermatitis.
