Overview
CP-10X is an investigational RNA-based therapy being developed by Contera Pharma for the treatment of chronic kidney disease. Currently in the discovery stage, the program utilizes RNA silencing modalities, including antisense oligonucleotides (ASO) and small interfering RNA (siRNA), to target undisclosed genetic drivers of renal disease. By modulating gene expression, CP-10X aims to slow or halt the progression of chronic kidney disease, addressing a significant unmet medical need in nephrology.
