Overview

CP-30 is a universal chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by Cellergy Pharma for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It specifically targets CD-123 (interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha), a protein frequently overexpressed on AML blasts and leukemic stem cells. As a "universal" CAR therapy, it utilizes a platform designed to overcome the limitations of traditional autologous cell therapies, potentially through the use of allogeneic cells or a modular receptor system to improve scalability and patient access. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
