CP2b-GNS is a hydrogel-based drug delivery system composed of graphene sheets (GNS), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and chitosan (CS). It is designed to enhance drug effectiveness, particularly for methotrexate (MTX) delivery in cancer treatment. The hydrogel exhibits pH-responsive and thermosensitive properties, which allow for controlled drug release. It also shows antibacterial activity and is hemocompatible.
