**CpG-siRNAMETTL17** is a preclinical, TLR9-targeted oligonucleotide conjugate developed to silence **METTL17** in acute myeloid leukemia. It links a METTL17-directed small interfering RNA to the CpG-D19 oligodeoxynucleotide, a Toll-like receptor 9 ligand intended to promote uptake by TLR9-positive immune cells, including AML cells. METTL17 knockdown reduces mitochondrial 12S rRNA methylation and stability, impairs mitochondrial protein synthesis and oxidative phosphorylation, and suppresses leukemia stem-cell maintenance and AML growth in experimental models.
