CPI-100

CPI-100 is a nanoscale coordination polymer (NCP) prodrug candidate developed by Coordination Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It is engineered to co-deliver cisplatin and gemcitabine, two synergistic chemotherapeutic agents, within a single nanoparticle framework. This delivery system is designed to improve the pharmacokinetic profile and tumor accumulation of the drugs while minimizing off-target toxicities. Upon entering the tumor microenvironment, the NCP degrades to release the active prodrugs, which are then converted into their cytotoxic forms. CPI-100 is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation to determine its safety, tolerability, and maximum tolerated dose in patients with advanced solid tumors.
