Overview

CPI-182 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 2 (CXCR2), functioning as an antagonist. Developed by Corvus Pharmaceuticals (originator: Monash University), it is designed to inhibit neutrophil biology in chronic inflammatory diseases and potentially as an anti-cancer immunotherapy. By blocking CXCR2 (the interleukin 8B receptor), CPI-182 aims to reduce excessive recruitment and activation of neutrophils and, thus, pathological inflammation.
