CPI-613 (devimistat) + mFOLFIRINOX is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of metastatic and locally advanced pancreatic cancer. The combination aims to enhance anti-tumor activity by sensitizing tumor cells to chemotherapy through metabolic disruption.
