CR-002

CR-002 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Crescent Biopharma as part of its oncology pipeline, specifically targeting solid tumors. Crescent Biopharma entered into a discovery and option agreement with Paragon Therapeutics for the generation and development of CR-002 against a mutually agreed therapeutic target. Crescent Biopharma has also licensed a proprietary host cell line from WuXi Biologics Ireland for the manufacturing of CR-002 and has a master services agreement with Charles River Laboratories for non-GMP, non-clinical, and potentially GMP manufacturing and testing services. Development of CR-002 is supported by a $200 million private placement financing, intended to fund its advancement through 2027.
