Overview

CR108 is a Toll-like receptor (TLR) 7, 8, and 9 agonist that activates innate immune responses. It is being investigated for its ability to enhance antitumor immunity, particularly in combination with chemotherapy like cisplatin. The drug aims to convert immunologically "cold" tumors into "hot" ones by leveraging chemotherapy-liberated tumor antigens to drive potent, T-cell-mediated antitumor immunity.
