Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CR20BA5-2 is a novel tetravalent bispecific antibody (bsAb) designed to simultaneously target and neutralize interleukin-23 (IL-23) and tumor necrosis factor-like ligand 1A (TL1A). Developed by China Resources Biopharmaceutical, the therapeutic candidate is being investigated for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. By co-targeting IL-23 (specifically binding to its p19 subunit) and TL1A, CR20BA5-2 aims to achieve synergistic anti-inflammatory efficacy and provide a therapeutic option for patients with refractory or treatment-resistant IBD.
