Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CRB2104 is a preclinical-stage, bispecific T-cell engager (TCE) designed with a 2:1 format featuring bivalent high-affinity arms targeting anti-Müllerian hormone receptor type 2 (AMHR2) and an affinity-optimized CD3-binding arm. Developed by Biocytogen and China Resources Angde Biopharmaceutical, CRB2104 is designed to treat AMHR2-positive solid tumors, such as epithelial ovarian cancer and colorectal cancer, by inducing potent tumor-specific T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity while minimizing the risk of cytokine release syndrome (CRS).
