CRB4101

CRB4101 is an investigational small molecule drug developed as an oral factor XIa inhibitor. It is currently being evaluated in phase 1 clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) in healthy adult subjects. The primary mechanism of action involves inhibition of coagulation factor XIa, a serine protease that plays a key role in the intrinsic pathway of blood coagulation.
