Creagel EZ 7 + Alphaflow 20 + autologous platelet-rich fibrin

This investigational cosmetic formulation, developed by the Poznan University of Medical Sciences, is a topical cream designed to treat skin aging. The product utilizes a base composed of Creagel EZ 7 and Alphaflow 20 (emulsifying and emollient agents) loaded with autologous platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) at a concentration of 2 mL per 100 g of cream. PRF is a second-generation platelet concentrate derived from the patient's own blood, containing a high concentration of platelets, growth factors (such as PDGF, TGF-β, and VEGF), and a fibrin matrix. When applied topically, these components promote tissue regeneration, enhance skin hydration, and improve elasticity by stimulating cellular processes in the dermis and epidermis. Clinical evaluation in healthy volunteers has demonstrated its efficacy in reducing transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and improving overall skin barrier function.
